Aww it feels just like yesterday when I saw “31 days left” take its first steps and now its all grown up!  Seriously though, there is hardly any time left before Halloween so if you don’t have a costume yet, what have you been doing?  Working?  Lame excuse!  Get out there and get ready! 

If you have been by the graveyard at Haunt on the Hill, you may have noticed that things are coming along swimmingly and it’s only a matter of time before everything is up and running!   Take care and have a wonderful haunting season!

There are only 10 days left until Halloween and Haunt on the Hill!  Are you as excited as I am?  Yay!  Do you have paint all over you and foam dust in your hair?  Um, you don’t?  Oh ok then.  Well, I do!  Taking just a minute, because that’s all the spare time I have, I would like to say a few things:

Firstly, I would like to remind everyone to bring whatever money they can to the haunt, as I am collecting donations for the Hospital for Sick Kids. 

I would also like to announce my big surprises!  Yes that was plural! –

On Thursday, October 23 Global Morning News will be at my house!  Not sure when it will air though, but will let you know!

On Sunday, October 26, CBC’s The Steve and Chris Show, will be here at night, again will let you know when it airs.

And finally, on the morning of the 31st, Global will be back again for all three hours of their morning news!

 OK, back to building!  See you in ten if I don’t pass out before then!

Yes, October is officially here and my countdown sign is officially up!  It’s not exactly how I pictured it turning out and I may still change some things, but it’s done in time for the first year that I am ever doing a full 31 day countdown!

In other Haunt on the Hill news: I have decided to up my fundraising goal from $300 to $1000!  Many people have told me that I can expect to see well over $1000 come in from my neighbours to benefit the Hospital For Sick Children and I am pleased to hear that! 

Also, I have a MAJOR announcement coming up in the next few weeks and while I can’t say much about it right now, I can say that you might want to get ready to set your PVR’s to record a certain someone!  I’ll tell you more as the details get finalized!
